Instead of trying to sell everything in-house like the big companies, We cooperate fully with all local and out of area agents. This gives our listings as much exposure as possible.  Speed is critical in our current market.  Today's real buyers are already  working with at least one agent, and there are still about 150,000 licensed agents and brokers searching daily for new inventory.  Properly exposing your property to all of them exponentially grows the exposure of your listing.

1.  Pre-marketing: As soon as the listing contract is signed; the signs are ordered and the inventory is placed on  ZarembaAssociates.com, so agents, buyers and investors can view them right away. 

2.  Multiple Listing Services: I am a member of the Palos Verdes Association of Realtors (PVPAR), Loopnet and 8 other MLS services. Listings are exposed through every M.L.S. in California. All photos and written remarks are done inhouse as to show the best attributes of each listing.

3.  Internet: CRMLS .com, Realtor.com, Loopnet, homescape.com, houseandhome.msn.com, homeroute.com, referralsonthenet.com, homeseekers.com, homes.com, realestatebook.com, mls.realtylife.com, themls.com, rapmls.com, imrmls.com, tempo.socalmls.com, craigslist, Google, Yahoo, Trulia, backpage.com, postlets.com, zillow and as new sites show up your listings are placed on them as well.

4.  Print Advertising: L.A. Times, Daily Breeze, Easy Reader, South Bay Digs and others depending on subject location.

5.  Networking with Agents and Investors: Since starting out in 1992 I've built great relationships with hundreds of agents, investors, and visitors. Your listings are marketed within this sphere of influence as well.

6.  Constant Monitoring: All phone calls and internet inquiries have a prompt reply. If your listing is vacant it is watched carefully and any problems are taken care of immediately.
